State Farm® Insurance Agent Angie Sutton

"Let me start by saying...this will only be the 10th review I have ever written on here. I take reviews seriously and this one is long over due. It may be long in words but informative. So, here we go...😊 Angie Sutton is the BEST insurance agent I've ever had!!! There are multiple upon multiple reasons why I say this. It ranges anywhere from her willingness to go above and beyond regardless the task at hand, or the assistance needed, to filing a claim, which brings me to writing this review. I was in the process of selling my house and learned that I had hail damage. I immediately called Angie because I wasn't certain exactly when this damage occurred and did not know if I would be able to file a claim. Angie, went into her weather data (I guess would be the best way to describe it,) and found there was a hail storm about 10 months prior. Angie did this while I was on the phone and then told me I would be able to file a claim and immediately took the information and forwarded it on to the adjuster. (Arthur Conwell, who was great in his own right.) Angie continued to follow-up with me to ensure that the Arthur had gotten in touch with me and that things were moving along and quickly. I was to be closing on my house in about a month and all this needed to be done and a new roof put on prior to closing. Angie made sure this experience flowed seamlessly throughout the entire claim and that's exactly how it happened. She will never know how much I appreciated this and especially under such a tight time-frame to have this all completed. To say Angie is the best at what she does is actually an understatement! There are a multitude of reasons why I say this, but one big reason is that during the entire process, Angie knew she would no longer have my homeowners insurance policy. This did not stop Angie from giving the exemplary client service she always provides. (Thank goodness I still have other policies with her.) Due to Angie's willingness to always provide the best for her clients, her intelligence, and for her dedication to her profession, I asked both my mother and father to switch all of their policies over to Angie, which they did. Of course, Angie treats them just as attentively, which is no surprise. She will make you feel as though you are her only client. Additionally, Angie's entire staff is very helpful and pleasant and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do. (9/10 times they'll actually pick up the phone, yes, you read that right,) 👏 which is mostly unheard of in today's world. If you are looking for an insurance agent covering all aspects of insurance, please do yourself, family, and friends a favor and look no further than...Angie Sutton!!! She will make you feel as though you are her only client as well. Jonna"
